Episode 24 is a classic Doing the Most installment: food-heavy, slightly chaotic, deeply relatable, and quietly reflective. It’s about noticing patterns, questioning habits, laughing at everyday struggles, and continuing to search for a life that feels a little lighter.

Thanks for listening, and as always, we’ll see you next time—still doing the most.

Show notes here

Mitchell
Back again in the saddle, everybody, episode 24 of our beloved show. You are?

Scarlet
I’m Scarlet.

Mitchell
And I’m Mitchell, and we are doing the most. It’s our fun little podcast that we bring to you every two weeks. Oh it’s still wonderful to be back Chatting with our wonderful people. Uh doing this podcast, episode 24. Do we already mention it? It’s like the beginning. There’s so much going on over here in the control section of things. And then you’re over there just doing whatever you do.

Scarlet
The least.

Mitchell
Yeah, doing the least. And I’m over here doing the most. So like I have to like get rid of the echo and you’re up. So what about this? And I’m running. I just show up. I know And I was like, Hey, and what did you say? I said, Did you do any show notes, any background checks? I don’t know. If you are a first time listener, we want to welcome you aboard. And if you’re still and if you’re a longtime listener, in both cases you’re probably going, What is this about? Listen, folks, this is just entertainment. It’s literally just to a couple of nurses who have way too many cats, too many vacuums, doing too much crud in the house And we’re always trying to, we’re always talking about reducing and getting closer to doing less, but we just continue to do the most. Agreed? Sort of.

Scarlet
We’re working on it.

Mitchell
Oh, I didn’t want to wear my glasses, by the way. That means you can actually see us on YouTube if you just go to youtube. com slash at Les Cats, please You can watch these videos. Sometimes I put out clips. Sometimes I don’t. It doesn’t matter. You’re tuned into the podcast on Spotify or Apple iTunes. I feel like now I’m doing the I need the pillow. We’re gonna take a word spot a break from our okay what would be our sponsor? AG1? No, that’s not our demographic What’s another one you hear a lot about?

Scarlet
Liquid IV.

Mitchell
I haven’t heard that one for a while on the other podcast. I feel like um oh What? Him’s and hers? Yeah. Yeah. For her. I’m trying to think of the other ones that I hear a lot of. It doesn’t matter. We’re not sponsored, which is good for you people. You don’t have to sit through our sponsorship You had to sit through that though. Me talking about a lack of a sponsor. Twenty-four.

Scarlet
How does this get so depressing? You really like I also I don’t think we have to talk about what the show is or isn’t about every single time.

Mitchell
I know, I just feel like I wanna hope I want to be hopeful that there’s a new person listening. And maybe their friend said, hey, you should check out this podcast. It’s sort of semi-funny. You know, or just semi-amusing. I’d go for that, right? It doesn’t we’re not here we’re not comedians. We’re not here to you know, we’re just here to kind of hash out what’s going on in our life in a fun format And it’s a creative outlet for me and a way for you to go, hey, I’m not alone.

Scarlet
See what I’m doing for you?

Mitchell
Yeah.

Scarlet
Now what are you gonna do for me?

Mitchell
Yeah. You’re talking about me?

Scarlet
Yeah.

Mitchell
Literally right now?

Scarlet
No, no.

Mitchell
Or the podcast.

Scarlet
The podcast.

Mitchell
I’m so confused, by the way, because We like to do the most, right? Uh which is the opposite of what I want to do all the time. We are always scheming about Okay, we’re gonna do this, we’re gonna get rid of that, we’re gonna reduce this. And what I love is one of the things that and and we’re both I’m not picking on you, I’m pointing out things. No, like you Like I love this like you’re like, man, I’m gonna you you get like a you know, I’m gonna recycle. I’m gonna turn some stuff into Goodwill. And step one for you is usually like a box in the garage and it’ll live there for two, three, four months or longer. And then the next step it goes into the back of a car. Now one of our cars has a box that’s lived there for well over a year that’s going to Goodwill. The other car now has a bunch of stuff that’s going to be recycled at Apple and Goodwill.

Scarlet
And I’m wondering Yeah, how long have these computers been sitting around, Mitchell, that you’re supposed to take back to Apple

Mitchell
For years. But like I didn’t move him to the car because I knew that I was like, I’m only gonna let ’em live on forever in the hallway. No. Okay. But the other day I’m I literally was like There by the way, if you’re listening, this is uh I hope you’re listening. It’s an these are old giant IMAX.

Scarlet
Like they’re flat they’re like fifty-five pounds.

Mitchell
Yeah. So they’re they’re like when IMAX went from the big giant CRT, big giant boxing model to the thinner one. And then the next gen they went thin and giant, but they’re not lightweight yet. That’s where we’re at with these are they literally do weigh

Scarlet
And for some reason he has two of the forty five or fifty pounds, right?

Mitchell
So the back is sorta curved though, and you got ’em face down. So I went to Costco with our son the other day. And I didn’t have a lot of items, but I opened the back and I put one item on the back of the Mac and it just slowly goes and slides over to the side. And I was like Why and then the other half of the cart has got uh framed glass items and just frames of wall art. That needs to go to goodwill. So I’m like I can’t put stuff on top of that, it’s just gonna poke holes in it. So then I’m packing all the Costco stuff. in a passenger state.

Scarlet
Why didn’t you just go to Goodwill?

Mitchell
Because I didn’t feel like it. That was not I see, okay. When I go out and I do something, I’m like laser focused usually. Like when I say I’m going to Costco and I’m gonna get three items, I come back with three items or maybe four. But like well I’m and I’m saying like when you go to Costco, you’re like, oh I just gotta get a few things and then you come back and you’re like I got a new set of bowls and a couple thermoflasks.

Scarlet
And check out this new thing. I’m cutting myself off.

Mitchell
Right. Which is fine. I’m not making fun of it. It’s just like that’s why I’m willing to be like, well, I’ll go to Costco And I’ll do it and I’ll be zip I’m in and out.

Scarlet
And so far first of the year we’ve been saving.

Mitchell
Money?

Scarlet
We been spending less money.

Mitchell
There we go. Doing the most button. Way line.

Scarlet
Because Scarlet’s not going to Costco. She’s got off.

Mitchell
So I had gone there and we had a good trip. And then I Max wanted a he was like I was like, you wanna Uh what do you want to get? So told him we do a lunch date there at Costco, a cheap lunch date. And he was like, Oh, I want a cookie. I was like, Oh yeah, we gotta have something besides a cookie. So he’s like, Okay, I’ll have a hot dog. It’s like perfect. So I get him a hot dog. And by the way, this is a different Costco than we normally go to. And it’s the one I don’t like, the eighty second one. And it’s nothing inherently wrong with it, but the layout’s all weird. So I was suddenly like, this is taking longer because I don’t know where anything is. It’s just slightly off. From our other Costco. But anyways, we go to the food court and I didn’t know I don’t think they’ve changed this or if that’s that food court, but like You go to the kiosk and you place your order, they give you a ticket, and then the ticket, they go, We no longer call the number, get in line and when you bring your ticket to the front, we’ll get your meal, right? So they don’t call a number, at least the eighty-second Costco, the Clackamas Costco, which is fine. So we’re in a big long line waiting. We get up there. when the lady gets our stuff. We get back, I there’s we get our table and then I give him his hot dog and in the bun. I was like, You want any ketchup? And he’s like, No and he just pulls the whole hot dog out of the bun and he’s getting ready to eat it. It’s like Well at least I was like you at least use the bun like a holder for your hot dog, which he was willing to do. But he ended up only having like four bites of the hot dog. Maybe you’ve been through this. But does he normally eat a whole hot dog in Costco? Or I don’t even have to eat a whole one.

Scarlet
I usually get him the pizza, but that is so greasy messy. Yeah. Then you have a hand thing.

Mitchell
Yeah.

Scarlet
So I got one you probably went prepared with like Baby wipes and stuff, but Yeah, but I yeah.

Mitchell
I did the glow well so then the whole time we’re in Costco, I’m asking him one question over and over. Hey you gotta go potty? You gotta go potty, buddy? You gotta go potty? No, gotta go potty We get there, we get all our crud set up, and I’ve already preemptively put we put everything from Costco in the back of the car. Well, not in the back, in the passenger seat, because we couldn’t use the back. And then we’re there, we g and we go back, get our food order, sit down, we’re standing actually a standing table. He happened to have a spot to stand. And then we’re kinda like two bites in and he’s like, Oh and then he just uh crosses like he’s like I gotta go potty. I’m like, Oh my goodness, you are killing me So that was kind of the end of the meal. I was like, I can’t I can’t do this anymore So then we’re running through and he’s like, We gotta get to a body fast I was like, I am working as fast as I can, kid ’cause I didn’t know if I have to now go through the normal entrance ’cause I feel like they kinda shut down the the back door people coming in. I don’t know. I go through. We’re scrambling over there and I think oh we’re not going to be able to do that. Yeah, they really need some outdoor brushrooms and not one. Anyway, we made it. It wasn’t bad. We had a good time, but holy smokes, it was just I knew it’s a good idea.

Scarlet
And you’re like, okay, let’s enjoy and then you’re like just like anytime we go to a restaurant, you know, as soon as we we ask him before And we ask him when we get there. And as soon as we sit down and we’re like 13 minutes in the middle of it, and I’m like

Mitchell
Yeah. Which is you know that’s a four-year.

Scarlet
Such is life.

Mitchell
So the car I don’t even know where was going this other than oh it’s commenting on you. Yeah, I love that how you like you do like to get rid of stuff sort of. You just get rid of it into the car. Which Touche, there’s an old pickup truck out front that I own that we’re trying to get started. The whole entire back end is just filled with junk.

Scarlet
Yeah. And we keep joking we keep joking that we’re just gonna drive it off the Oregon City Bridge.

Mitchell
Yeah, but there’s no way to get off that bridge. It’d be better to go like a boat dock. A boat dock and you just like A boat ramp, not a boat dock. Well you could drive it off of a boat dock. But I mean like a boat ramp where you just kinda let it slowly gurgle in and then just goes bl and it goes under, right Oh, and then I could file an insurance claim and say, Oh the I parked it and we were gonna put some a boat in and then it went under the water.

Scarlet
The water snuck up and took it.

Mitchell
And then probably back, here’s your hundred dollar check for your truck. Um so yeah that was a good time though. But thank you. You’re working at getting rid of doing some stuff. Although I noticed there more stuff appeared recently because you went to cost plus world market I mean it felt like what were you looking at your phone for? Like blaming your phone? You’re like, oh, this phone made me do it. Like I don’t know what that’s about.

Scarlet
Hey, but I got rid of stuff. As I got stuff.

Mitchell
You made room for more new stuff.

Scarlet
Yeah.

Mitchell
Okay. That’s fine.

Scarlet
Because the stuff that was hanging in the house no longer brought me joy.

Mitchell
Fair enough.

Scarlet
Um I was just like, it’s old IKEA, ugly art. I’m beyond this.

Mitchell
I do I did like that phonetic alphabet.

Scarlet
Well then keep it. Put it Put it in here somewhere.

Mitchell
Yeah, it keeps me like like it keeps me up to date on my Alpha Bravo Charlie. Like because I use that at work all the time to irritate people. ‘Cause I’ll be like, Oh, uh you mean Lima, Echo, you know, and they’re like, Oh, and Niner, Zero, you know, like that and Yeah. Mancy? No, Mamsey? Wait. Sorry. Uh so yeah. Thank you for keeping up on that. So You know what’s on my mind? We’re not quite we d you know what folks, by the way, I’m not doing a we’re almost to one year anniversary of this, but I don’t really care about that. You know, there’s no reason to celebrate. Maybe episode twenty-five. Twenty-five, we’dn’t make it there, the twenty-four. Uh what was I gonna say was um you always like to do the you know what I’m so tired of?

Scarlet
Mm-hmm.

Mitchell
And you know what I’m tired of? I may have said this before. Now here’s the deal. Sometimes I think, should I search all our past podcasts before I bring up a subject? Because I’ve probably complained about things before.

Scarlet
I’ll let you know

Mitchell
‘Cause I’m getting older. And I don’t know if that uh repeating the same stories is exclusive to my family or to just older people. Okay, thank goodness. So um what I was gonna say is I’m tired of uh the Cheesecake Factory.

Scarlet
Mm-hmm. This is where you and I differ.

Mitchell
Let me just like here’s okay here we count point counterpoint. You know, make like you Your job is to sell me on the Cheesecake Factory as I tell you why I cannot stand the Cheesecake Factory. Okay. I keep okay. We just went recently, right? That was I’m not gonna say that why there was a result because of our listenership. However You knew that my I uh third oldest daughter returning Olivia guest on the show the only guest returning to school so we’re like hey let’s take her out we’ll go to a place that she likes and I think she likes the Cheesecake Factory Pretty sure. Olivia, I hope that was not just something you said. So and you like it.

Scarlet
It wasn’t her list of like what are some we’d asked her a little bit. Before like what are some safe places where you know we’ve taken her to some stuff that has to be. Yeah, we were doing like local stuff. Ramen and yeah, pussy.

Mitchell
Comfort zone or boundaries, which by the way She takes like a champ. I’m proud of her because she’s usually not as experimental or, you know, gets out of her comfort zone. So I’m I’m glad that she does and she tries stuff. But we’re like, let’s do something that you know we know you like Anyways, we go to the Cheesecake Factory. Now I my head I’m always like, oh, the Cheese Food Factory. I just secretly keep it to myself. But every time I go, because you’re like, oh the the menu, everyone’s like, oh the menu’s so giant. A It’s like, uh, it’s kind of the same groups of things over and over. I got there and I was like, oh, I was they had like the skinny licious and they had this uh uh turkey avocado turkey sandwich and I was like ooh this sounds good ’cause it had like turkey, avocado, uh maybe bake did it have bacon? No. Turkey bacon Whatever it was, it sounded really good. But it only came with a side salad and not French fries. And I was like, I don’t want a skinny licious thing. I just want I look in the Glam Burger section. I was like, oh, there’s a Glam Burger, there’s a turkey burger. And I thought Our place of work has a turkey burger on like a whole wheat bun. It’s turkey. It has avocado slices, balsamic like onions. We’ve talked about it before. Sounded really good. I was like, oh, this sounds like maybe the inspiration for our work got it from The Cheesecake Factory. This is a great and it comes with French fries. Oh, I’m gonna get this thing, right? It mentions mushrooms, and I tell the guy, oh hey no mushrooms. Mitchell, by the way, is the name of our server we’ve we had before. He’s like, oh yeah, yeah. It’s like, oh no mushrooms. He forgets, comes like, oh the mushrooms are ground up in the turkey. I was like, I don’t care, that’s fine. I’m not like that anti-mushroom. I’m thinking this is gonna be good. Sounds good. Everything about sounds good. Comes out I’m like a bite or two in I’m like man I just I wanted to have something there’s there’s it’s like It’s like n 80% good, but I want it’s like it’s not over the top. There’s not a lot of flavor. It’s not banging for me in my mouth. And I’m just like I was sadly disappointed in this burger. And then I c and I’ve never had it before that I know of, even though you guys were like, you get the same thing and then you’re always disappointed.

Scarlet
Don’t know why you go to like a restaurant that has a million items and you’re like, I’m gonna get the burger. Okay. And not only just the burger, I’m gonna get the turkey burger.

Mitchell
It sounded healthy and tasty. Well the sandwich sounded good. I don’t know. Well so I was just disappointed. Okay. Well but hold on. Shouldn’t every item on that menu be good? It’s the size of a Bible. The menu is thirty six chapters. I’ve been this close to ordering the burger at Mezcaluna. Because they make such everything else is good, I thought, I bet this burger You’ve had the fries there. They’re good. I th I actually I would I do that on purpose? No, but if I was in the mood for a burger? I w Well what is Cheesecake Factory? We’re not going and ordering just three cheesecakes and then deciding on uh you know a burger for dessert. So like What is their thing?

Scarlet
Okay.

Mitchell
I mean you’ve just got done telling me like, you know, order a burger cheesecake. Should I have rolled in and be like, Yeah, I’ll get the uh Caramel Crunchy Toffee Cheesecake and uh like

Scarlet
No, I I just feel like I can’t defend it anymore. It’s not what I used to remember it as being. So because I think my tastes have evolved.

Mitchell
Okay, fair enough.

Scarlet
So for a person who doesn’t consider I would consider us foodies. We’ll try pretty much anything. Um And we’re like we know what’s good. We and we go seek out good restaurants in Portland that are highly recommended, right? Yeah. And So I don’t know. I just Cheesecake Factory is like a step above Olive Garden Or, you know, it’s like, oh, we’re going here, a little bit nicer, like who am I kidding? It’s always like even mine wasn’t awesome.

Mitchell
Oh.

Scarlet
And the egg rolls.

Mitchell
Which by the way bringing that up.

Scarlet
I even looked before. Like I’ve been following this guy on TikTok who used to work at the Cheesecake Factory, and he gives like all these secrets, and he’s like the the avocado egg rolls are the most ordered appetizer. um on the menu. So I was like, I’ve never tried this before. Because something about it just didn’t like and and it was always like the dipping sauce. The dipping sauce is really good.

Mitchell
It’s like a chutney or a a chimery channel.

Scarlet
Yeah, mango chutney or something. It’s a chutney. It’s a you know, we get it and I try I and I have one. And I’m like Not mind-blowing.

Mitchell
Okay.

Scarlet
Like I expected. It’s guacamole and an egg roll.

Mitchell
Sorry about the noise. I too, so this is where I come back to my it was like 80% good, but it wasn’t over the top. I was like, man, it’s it was like everything in here has the makings of something really good on the egg roll.

Scarlet
Yeah

Mitchell
But it wasn’t great. Like I wasn’t like, oh man, I was just kinda like, oh this is kind of it. Like it’s like they were like, hey, we got everything together, we thought of it, and then they’re like, but the execution the f

Scarlet
final steps there was just it didn’t lack and I never said anything but my espresso martini was horrible oh how do you mess that up it was horrible It not it tasted like nothing.

Mitchell
Ah. I mean I don’t know how you messed they did. Well now you’ve joined my cheesecake factory.

Scarlet
Well because I can’t I can’t defend it anymore. Because I’ve had pasta and it’s I’ve tried different pasta I should always go back to the pasta because the pasta to me has never done me wrong.

Mitchell
Right? I cause I had like that weird cheese thing that one time.

Scarlet
It was just you always get weird things. You’re like, I’m gonna get the chicken pizza.

Mitchell
Yeah, that’s what it was.

Scarlet
And I’m like, why? It’s just a big piece of flattened ground chicken with like Tomato sauce and some did it have arugula on it or something.

Mitchell
I don’t know, but it sounds good, but the execution was like, eh, almost there. That’s why I’m like, I don’t know what to say. Like, and if someone knows of like, no, you gotta get this item, I guess If there’s only certain go-to items or like yeah, is it so here’s a good question you brought, is it us that’s changed or have they changed? Because I’m still kind of like I always walk away going like yeah, I don’t I don’t know why we come and then I even told you on the cheesecake thing, like they have never invented the cheesecake that I want, which I want to make one and then submit it online and be like, Cheesecake Factory, Dear Cheesecake Factory. I would literally go, I would literally go and get this if they would make, and I’ve told you. Uh whatever you want, come up with your clever reverso, inverso cheesecake. Cake cheese, upside down cheesecake, whatever it’s. I want a cheesecake that has Two and a half three inches of graham cracker crust and just a little bit of uh like a centimeter of cheesecake filling. That’s what I want. I would eat that all day because graham cracker crust is like graham crackers and I think butter. Uh melted into the right consistency and that’s it. Oh, I would eat that all day long. Like if they have that, and I even suggested once to I asked the waiter, do you have anything like a super crust? And they’re like, yeah, no. It’s like Because I’ll tell you what, I don’t I don’t l not like cheesecake. I just find cheesecake to be Yeah. There’s a density about it that’s like it’s I know it’s moist, but it’s kinda dry if that makes sense, where you’re just kinda like Like my mouth feels overwhelmed with like I can’t like describe like sometimes I may I need a glass of milk or something. It’s just maybe or maybe it’s too moist. It’s just I’m never like woo-hoo. I’m usually like, yeah, the banana cream one that you got.

Scarlet
It was decent. Yeah.

Mitchell
It was decent.

Scarlet
And the only reason we got it is because it was a free if you joined their Cheestape Factory rewards. The month of your birthday And you go the month of your birthday, you will get a free slice of cheesecake. I had no idea. I joined the rewards because you have to to like make reservations.

Mitchell
This tip brought to you by Doing the Most with Scarlet and Mitchell. So I mean yeah, the cheesecake. I haven’t I don’t I feel like it’s all the same. I’m sorry, people. If you love the cheesecake, you know, it’s like it’s just cheese with different toppings. And then sometimes you get a little different cheesecake Sometimes there’s a little different crust, but they don’t have the crust lovers delight. Boom. There I just named it. The crust lovers delight cheesecake. You can do like I don’t know. You could even Like put a little flavor in the cre that grandpaper crust.

Scarlet
So quickly talk about some places we have been recently that are amazing. Ox.

Mitchell
Mm-hmm. Took you there for your birthday.

Scarlet
Thank you. Phenomenal.

Mitchell
Yeah.

Scarlet
And they’re bone marrow with their clam chowder with bone marrow. Like a real clams in a shell. Mm-hmm. Smoked bone marrow. It’s like Argentinian food or inspired by Argentinian. Um the skirt steak Which is not a fancy piece of meat.

Mitchell
No.

Scarlet
But but my goodness did that perfectly cooked. So and of course Mitchell’s like

Mitchell
What is is that a vacuum all of a sudden? No.

Scarlet
What is happening?

Mitchell
Is it a vacuum okay.

Scarlet
Um

Mitchell
I don’t know, but you’re distracted from the show. Something’s going on in our home that’s distracting my wife. Continuing. Is it my son vacuuming? Yeah. And now that’s a ride symbol. Okay Off the rails. Ox Argentinian food. The skirt steak, which they said is probably their most popular item. Yeah. Right?

Scarlet
Yeah, the skirt steak and the clam chowder with bone marrow

Mitchell
Yeah.

Scarlet
Must, must, must get. And then they did a little moose bouche, which was the cauliflower with the paprika oil drizzle.

Mitchell
Like a little tooth.

Scarlet
And that was Delightful.

Mitchell
Two espresso cups like a moose bouche in the beginning, right? And I don’t know if they did that as normal or for your birthday, I can’t remember, but it was like That thing was really good. Yeah. I could we were saying I could drink this for breakfast every day in this little tiny cup. And then the um in dive and pear salad.

Scarlet
Yeah.

Mitchell
With the walnut and blue cheese.

Scarlet
I’m gonna try a couple different like if we went back I would try a couple different uh And then I got those potatoes and they were good but like and they weren’t bad.

Mitchell
They were like a roasted or kind of a deep fried excuse me potato with uh Like a dill in my own.

Scarlet
Yeah, and I am convinced that you cannot ignore a potato on any menu. Like it’s the first thing you look for. There’s like a whole list of like seasonal veggies and you’re just like fried potato.

Mitchell
Yeah.

Scarlet
And I’m like, why? Or why

Mitchell
Come on. I want a little uh potato with my meat.

Scarlet
Um so Oh and um was it is it Kalmoon Ding? Which is the noodle place.

Mitchell
Oh, real quick. Ox reservations only, I think. I mean you can kind of I was just sick telling people, hey Uh, it’s really good. Uh it’s it’s expensive, but it I think it’s worth it. Yeah. I just want to kinda give the clothes out.

Scarlet
Great fo food culinary experience.

Mitchell
Yeah. So would go back. Okay.

Scarlet
Yeah.

Mitchell
Kalmoon.

Scarlet
Kalmoon Ding.

Mitchell
Yes.

Scarlet
Which was the noodle place. But the curry noodle That I got. Because I knew you weren’t crazy about yours, but you they’re known for their curry noodle, which had the crispy pork belly pieces of pork. Was phenomenal.

Mitchell
Really good. Yeah. Go back and try that. When I told you whatever I got was I don’t know what goes through my head when I make my decision. I don’t either.

Scarlet
You’re like, what is What is the blandest looking thing on the menu? I’m gonna have that. And I’m just like, why? Cause or it will be like, we’re all getting this because this is what they’re and you’re like, well, I can’t get that because everybody else is getting that. And I’m like That is so moronic. Everybody’s getting that because it’s the best thing on the internet.

Mitchell
I don’t want to be a copycat sometimes. I just want to be, oh well.

Scarlet
But do you see your problem? Who is the problem?

Mitchell
But what if you got yours and you’re like, ooh. Not really into this. And then I had mine and I go, well try mine. And you go, Oh, I actually like yours better. And I’m like, I’m willing to switch.

Scarlet
How often does that happen?

Mitchell
Uh not a lot. Well the I did on the glass of wine Mm-hmm, but at aux. I’m just saying it doesn’t happen often, but it can happen. I’m just thinking of others trying to give an alternate there. But okay, fair enough So what you’re saying is one more place. That one was fun because it also had like it’s like a small restaurant and kinda you go up and order, they bring it out, kinda packed but busy, but still like very quick and accommodating and that was a good little Uh yeah. With the other one.

Scarlet
Yeah, the Bon Me we just had.

Mitchell
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.

Scarlet
So we have to give a shout out to this

Mitchell
What’s the name of the market?

Scarlet
Hongfat.

Mitchell
Hongfat. Up on.

Scarlet
Asian supermarket.

Mitchell
It’s on the 82nd, I think.

Scarlet
Yes.

Mitchell
82nd. Is it quite northeast? I didn’t recall. It might be it’s on East Side. Well 80 second obviously in Portland. It is a it used to be a Walmart supercenter and now it’s an Asian supermarket and with a quote food court which is I mean the food court is more like a deli counter, but like really good deal, right? They have you for if you pick up a bon me and then we can talk about what that is really quick. A bon me and you get for five bucks they throw in a free drink and they have like Thai iced tea, Thai coffee, some other things.

Scarlet
And those run out Vietnamese coffee.

Mitchell
They’re some juices. Pre made up in those like sealed up cool cups that you poke a straw through. You get all that for five bucks. So we had and no tip shame either. When you checked out. And so for ten bucks we had a little lunch date that was absolutely wonderful.

Scarlet
And these bun meats are like almost a foot long.

Mitchell
Yeah, about that. You’ve never had one before, first time, right?

Scarlet
First time.

Mitchell
And I had them before anyone else who doesn’t know what and I’m gonna tell you what the my experience of a bon me is, because if it’s wrong, sorry. It’s like a baguette, like a really good crispy baguette on the outside If you know like a French baguette short, I would say these might have been about ten inches or so right in there, but you know wide. Okay, in hair scratch it. And inside there is some sort of meat. And then they always use like fresh vegetables. So like little cucumber I’ve seen cucumber slices or this one had strips. Uh I think radishes sometimes, cucumber. Yours had fresh jalapeno slices. Uh-huh. Uh carrot things.

Scarlet
Delightful.

Mitchell
I think I’m not entirely sure. I feel like sometimes there might have been even Hicama or like different like this. But it’s like fresh vegetables and I don’t know if there’s a sauce or it’s just a sauce from the meat.

Scarlet
There was a little bit of sauce in mine and yours.

Mitchell
They’re great because they’re not like Bloaty subway garbage. You’re just like, oh, and it’s got crunchiness from the vegetables, it’s fresh, it’s like fun to eat. little flakes of bread shooting off. I don’t know. So Bon Mi I think is a pretty and I’m pretty sure that’s just your standard uh fair street food kind of thing. You just grab one of them sandwiches normally.

Scarlet
Five dollars.

Mitchell
Yeah. So that’s it. And there’s your lunch. Uh and I think they probably they ran out of some of the stuff there was one there that was completely out, whether it was the roast beef or some sort of something. Because you had like a Chinese barbecue pork?

Scarlet
Yes. Which was delicious.

Mitchell
And had uh yeah. So those little that’s great little deal up there at the Hong Fat Market if you want to get a little food court action. Cheap date for y’all. Okay. Which now you’ve been in an uh can I say Asian food kick No, you you’ve always we’ve always enjoyed Asian food. And when I say that I mean we like Korean, Japanese, Southeast Asia, like Thai food, Vietnamese, uh Chinese

Scarlet
All of it.

Mitchell
Yeah. The variety things. And lately you’ve been more into it, I would say. And it’s partly my understanding is because you think it’s usually just like fresh producey kind of stuff Basic in the sense of it’s not like I don’t know, you’re not adding well that you do in America, like you’re not it’s not like you’re using some ketchup and a tablespoon of like some of the stuff. Yeah.

Scarlet
Wait, I don’t feel bloated. I feel nourished. Nourished. Yeah, nourished.

Mitchell
Nourished. She’s quite nourished, we’ve decided.

Scarlet
Um I’m also r you know, I’m reading my Chinese medicine book. So a lot of these things that Asian cooking has has a lot of um disease fighting properties like ginger, um staronise, turmeric Um bone broth. Yeah. So yeah, I’m just really into it lately.

Mitchell
And a lot of brothy stuff.

Scarlet
Mm-hmm.

Mitchell
Okay.

Scarlet
Every m every morning for breakfast I have a little Some sort of soup that I made.

Mitchell
Mm.

Scarlet
Mm-hmm.

Mitchell
So when I take a drink you have to keep talking.

Scarlet
Oh.

Mitchell
Oh, but see now I’m done. Okay. I’m trying to get my hydration.

Scarlet
But yes, I’m really into Asian cooking.

Mitchell
Well good. I I mean I enjoy it. I uh I like something. Uh hot soupiness is always good. So what else was I gonna say about that? Well I mean food, food. Oh the tea, right? I have so we were talking about whatever.

Scarlet
I Oh yeah, you’ve been on a tie iced tea kick. You’re trying to perfect your recipe.

Mitchell
Yeah, so I So before I had the little bags of Thai iced tea of some brand that was you know, I hadn’t heard of, but it was well packaged. It looked like, you know, maybe Americanized, whatever. And I was making that and it’s good. And then I was had looked on uh probably TikTok or somewhere and was like, oh, you gotta use these there’s two main brands in uh Thailand, right? And, you know, I was like, oh, so we got some, a big old giant bag, you know, for five bucks of 150 pounds of uh Thai ice ground-up Thai tea. Not really, it’s probably a pound or so. And so yeah, I made some of that today, but it was a little weak. So I gotta get my I gotta dial that in because after I steep it and then I usually add some sugar and stir it up. Before I screwed up and had condensed milk. Now I finally got the evaporated milk, which I think you can use either. I’ve looked into this, but I like the condensed milk The way it drizzles down.

Scarlet
You mean the evaporated milk?

Mitchell
Excuse me. Which is if it’s evaporated with the biggest.

Scarlet
You must be right, cause there was so much more condensed milk than there was. There was just the one can of ev evaporated. And then could are they doing to the condensed milk to make it more liquefied.

Mitchell
Oh well they are two different ways, but I don’t remember. Okay. I looked into this. So condensed though have you seen it, right?

Scarlet
It’s more ice Yeah, it’s like a gelatin.

Mitchell
Well it’s one step before caramel. It’s like a really loose caramel, if you will.

Scarlet
It’s like it’s really thick.

Mitchell
Yeah. And I keep a refrigerator so it keeps it even thicker, whereas evaporated milk is like looks like almost like white paint. And evaporated milk is what we Americans would use to make pumpkin pie filling with your Libby’s can of pumpkin, right? Uh the evaporated milk. Condensed milk.

Scarlet
you can turn into evaporated milk and pumpkin pie?

Mitchell
Yeah, the mix that you make. When you make the big old boat according to the can the the Libby’s can right.

Scarlet
I’m like, I’m not a pie maker.

Mitchell
Yeah.

Scarlet
I mean fairness, like it’s a hundred percent pumpkin in those pan cans for Libby’s.

Mitchell
But um like if you’re a purist, you might get a real pumpkin maybe and I don’t know, that’s too much work for pumpkin pie. Like I feel like I once had some real pumpkin pie and I found the texture to be a little too soft and kind of uh not to my liking. So I like the lippies. Uh okay anyways, condensed milk, which like in Latin American countries you is one step away from what’s called dosigileche, which is like sweetness of milk. Which you can turn condensed milk in that, which is actually almost like a karma product. Which is very big and again like Brazil, you would dip different things in Dossi Gilache, which is again I think you can find that around here. It doesn’t matter. Why am I talking about Dosigilci? Oh Dolce Gilche. Anyways, I don’t know which one. Um so yeah they had a lot more of that. Um so I got the evaporated milk. So I’m working on that. I don’t know how much caffeine I got today on that because, you know, I recently quit most caffeination in October, September. But A little bit in the Thai stuff in the T. I mean it can be a lot, but I had a small dose of that ’cause I’m on my mud water kick, which I’m also gonna be giving up.

Scarlet
So sponsored by oh

Mitchell
Yeah. Just gonna try to cut out more. Although I have not had been sleepy today, so I don’t know.

Scarlet
You have or haven’t?

Mitchell
I haven’t been. The last couple of days I’ve just been lethargic and like totally zonked out for the days. Excuse me. But I’m yawning. Well but nonetheless, so I don’t know what’s going on there. If it’s weather timing, who knows?

Scarlet
Yeah Oh well and it was sunny the last couple of days. So I think today with it being all whatever this is.

Mitchell
Yeah. But I was feeling really good coming home from after the Bon Mi. I was actually kinda like Pepped up, you know, kinda woo-hoo in a good mood, you know, setting up for the podcast.

Scarlet
Tonight I’m making some pho.

Mitchell
Three hours of phone. Chicken pho.

Scarlet
So getting ready for yeah.

Mitchell
Chicken pho.

Scarlet
Yeah.

Mitchell
Is that typical or do you normally use uh pork?

Scarlet
They normally use beef, I think.

Mitchell
Okay, okay. I don’t know.

Scarlet
I mean, you know how some But I take the shortcut way and do a rotisserie check-in.

Mitchell
Right, because that’s what’s available. Um what was I gonna say? I don’t know. What else are you doing the most on there, lady friend?

Scarlet
What did we do your Oh we did do all the you over Cheesecake Factory, okay.

Mitchell
Oh yeah, well because you you joined the group and you’re like, yeah, I don’t like Cheesecake Factory anymore. That didn’t help.

Scarlet
I know.

Mitchell
Okay, if someone if someone wants to take me there Your treat. Oh. And show me around, like here’s what you gotta know.

Scarlet
The fried zucchini.

Mitchell
Right.

Scarlet
Yes or no.

Mitchell
A cheesecake factory?

Scarlet
Yeah. It’s good. The salads?

Mitchell
Uh I don’t know nothing memorable because I think I tried a cob salad.

Scarlet
Caesar salad? Yeah, it’s decent.

Mitchell
It’s a good Caesar salad, but I just love that peppery kick that the Caesar Salad does not a restaurant make. Unless the restaurant’s called Caesar’s Salads.

Scarlet
That’s fair.

Mitchell
Um

Scarlet
But I just I want a restaurant that serves just soups.

Mitchell
There is one. It’s called Sss. No. Isn’t there a soup one in Wilsonville? No, it closed. Oh. Oh, it’s called Zupa as well, I believe.

Scarlet
And it they all closed.

Mitchell
And then there was one a uh soup plantation. Which was the other was which the East Coast arm of sweet tomatoes, I believe. I might be making this up, which was uh had soups in cells.

Scarlet
East Coast also had sweet tomatoes.

Mitchell
Which maybe they had to sh maybe they just changed the name altogether because the plantation part of it was not flying in the northern states.

Scarlet
Mm-hmm.

Mitchell
Uh in the free north. uh with soup plantation. Um super salad, that was one in uh Utah, a chain of whatever. Uh yeah. Just soups. Okay. I want I’ve said this. I want a restaurant and actually it might be true to say that uh Ox like higher end restaurant. I want restaurants that we talk about this Americans were like, Oh, I need a plate, a metric ton of food to make it worth it. And I’m tired of taking home leftovers.

Scarlet
Mm-hmm. We did it so good the other night.

Mitchell
feeling like I gotta either eat it all because I don’t want leftovers and here I just ate six pounds of pasta because I didn’t want to take any home and because I didn’t want to leave it on the plate uh trying to enjoy more like no enjoy the food and the experience and that bowl of uh I mean it was twenty five bucks I think for that bowl of chowder at Ox Which we split. That was plenty, like but that was a good size bowl. But I mean like some of the other stuff, like we got ten ounces of the meat, which great ’cause I wanted more, but I was like, no, it’s perfect because I’m not sure.

Scarlet
I know you were like, are you sure you don’t want to do twenty? And I’m like

Mitchell
Yeah. Well I mean trust me. So I kinda wish places uh we talk about that. If someone did a smaller portion Then we if you went to Olive Garden and you got a really small pasta, wouldn’t you? I’d end up being mad. What the crap? I just paid, you know, eighteen dollars for this and this is a small portion. I’d be angry about it, but in reality, how about charge me twelve bucks for a really a small portion that doesn’t make me feel bloated and I’d be like, hey, that’s fair. Fair enough. Fair enough.

Scarlet
Yeah. Now you now you go to Oliver and I’m I’m gonna sound like Back in my day. No, like you go to Ovgarden and like everything is twenty to twenty five dollars.

Mitchell
Yeah. Which fair enough, because when I was a young person in the nineties. You’d go to Olive Garden and the and the most expensive entree was called the Tour of Italy. And it still exists. Oh yeah. But the current Tour of Italy lacks one item. So the Tour of Italy had uh lasagna classico, had the chicken parmigiana. And I think it had Fettuccini Alfredo.

Scarlet
Okay.

Mitchell
I think. And then the original one had all that, plus a side of spaghetti with marinara. And they used to always forget to bring that out when I in the nineties, I’d be like, oh where’s this oh yeah, I forgot the spaghetti, right? So now they don’t even do the spaghetti anymore on the tour of Italy, right? Which It’s okay, except for the problem now I have is like back then it was fourteen dollars and now it was like the big masterpiece of who’s probably like thirty Oh it’s probably I think it’s well they they don’t do the they do the straight prices, you know, the even prices now I think. But I think it was I think it’s probably twenty-four.

Scarlet
I will thank Olive Garden for having such a soup variety.

Mitchell
Yeah.

Scarlet
I love that. I do always end up going back to the Zupa Toscana.

Mitchell
It is the best.

Scarlet
But yeah. I think they have like four to choose from. So the soup, salad, breadsticks deal. Yeah.

Mitchell
Ministroni.

Scarlet
And the chicken yogi. Yeah. Mm-mm. You always want that one to be better than it is. The carrots aren’t quite cooked, so you can taste the carrot. Which I know sounds weird.

Mitchell
But it’s like I don’t want to taste that carrot. I wanna see it

Scarlet
I don’t want it to taste like a carrot.

Mitchell
Oh, the whole soup or the carrot.

Scarlet
And it’s just it’s just bland. Like it needs a little more salt, a little more pepper.

Mitchell
Yeah, it just yeah. But So yeah, this is special restaurant edition. What else? Since we’re always doing the most recently This is true. We like to always cook up new ideas for like what we’re really going to do in the future and where we’re going to move and how we’re going to change and this and that. And we’ve been back and forth on the car front. That’s kind of an interesting thing like one moment say, ooh, we should buy we were this is true. We originally Over a year ago, we were like, oh, like a year and a half maybe. We went to Volvo and we tried out from Volvo’s and we’re like, yeah, we’re gonna get the EX90 when it comes out in December 2024 Oh until then the price came out. That’s an all-electric three-row Volvo. Beautiful car. Really low road noise. But then we’re like, ah let’s let’s pump the brakes on that. And then Summer came and it’s like, oh last summer, twenty twenty five. We were like, I’ll probably get a car then but then kinda like eh, it wasn’t panic.

Scarlet
And then our tax bill came around.

Mitchell
And then we’re like, and we were like, Oh, let’s pretend like we don’t owe that. And now we’re kind of like, oh, well, there’s some other stuff and kind of frittering about about a new car or not. Which we know it This is what’s funny. We don’t actually need a new car.

Scarlet
Nobody needs a new car in my don’t.

Mitchell
I mean you might need a different car if your car don’t work. Or you might need to find a different way to get around, but we’re kind of like I’m trying now to involve my older son in car repair, just to be like, hey, it’s something to do. We can make our cars run f there’s no problem with It directly with the Kia. It’s just she’s just ugly, she’s beat up. Brenda becoming a total Beater.

Scarlet
Like I I the bumper came off for me and then you took off the side panel. Yeah, all that was uh And then our neighbor hit it Man, she’s been through some stuff.

Mitchell
She got broke into the door handle’s all jacked up.

Scarlet
Oh right. At work.

Mitchell
Yeah of all places. But she keeps trucking along I mean the whole academic converter went out, had to replace that. That’s what originally made us keep it.

Scarlet
Which costs more than the car is valued at itself, so which is why we can’t get rid of the car. She’s a hybrid. She gets But they’re hybrids more efficient than shit.

Mitchell
Because we’re doing the most, but it’s almost like You know, do you do this? I go, imagine this new Volvo. CX50, whatever the car of your current uh apple of your eye is, and you’re like, Ooh, I wait till I get that car, mm-hmm. It’s kind of fun. It’s new and you’re driving and the ball the gadgets and this and the that. But then if you go like fast forward a year and then you’re like, it’s just a car. I mean look at Yeah I mean I’m saying like I do that sometimes like with lots of stuff ’cause I’m trying to reduce stuff and go it’s just a thing. It’s just like It’s we we always talk about is it a dopamine hit? What is it that that initial like ooh new stuff we like we like it? Like we talk about how the Amazon you like get so excited to get a package, you know, like and you’re like ooh, it’s arriving tomorrow morning like Wherever that comes from. So with the car thing, I’m generally been really good. I can mentally just go now imagine and imagine. And then cause there was a day, not for us, but Brenda was brand new.

Scarlet
In 2013, somebody Well even then I didn’t like. Oh

Mitchell
Well when she was new for someone else in twenty thirteen, they were like, Ooh, got this new car smell and she’s got this awesome color that nobody knows. Is it gray? Is it silver? Is it brown? Is it It’s bronze, it’s silver, greyish. And they enjoyed it and all and then and the dash looked cool and all the lights and stuff, but now it’s kind of dated, and you’re like, oh you know, it’s thirteen years old now. Um So I’ve always feel like that. If you can do that experiment, then you can go like, well, let’s just get a used car.

Scarlet
I do that with the Toyota. The Toyota was my dream car.

Mitchell
Yeah.

Scarlet
Right? And now I

Mitchell
Yeah.

Scarlet
I think she’s ugly.

Mitchell
Oh, I can’t stand it.

Scarlet
Oh great.

Mitchell
I mean but it works currently. Yeah. I mean the one you got the one side of the interior has been painted by our son with yogurt. Splatters everywhere. Okay.

Scarlet
Well she can use a cleanup, okay?

Mitchell
Yeah, I usually like to do that in the summer, but it’s uh that thing. So there was a day when it was like, ooh, I’m gonna get in and Oh, it’s nice and the little gadgets and the this and the And yes there are things I wish it had, like wireless uh car play, like why has this gotta be such a thing? That sounds so stupid, right? So I can get my phone plugged in. But I think it comes back to grateful for that it works. And we d we have zero car payments, you know. So we might be doing the most in some areas But not in the car payments.

Scarlet
Because we can’t afford to.

Mitchell
Yeah. Well and we own our cars. Like that’s always a good thing, I feel. Feel. And when we look at buying a car, we don’t have the cash laying around currently. And I don’t think we have the Woo. Easy. We don’t have the budget to uh which is neither here nor there. We could make it work. But I guess what I’m saying is like doing the most so cars are fun to think about, but ultimately it’s just a tool. So when you really start lately, sometimes you’re doing a little more meditating. We try to dis do try to distill your life down to what’s most meaningful. And what is that? Today, just um I know I put you on the spot.

Scarlet
Um time with my child, time with you, creativity in the form of cooking or I really miss gardening in the summertime. Right. I love that. That time on the back porch and my little sanctuary that I’ve built. Right. Um And moving. Not necessarily exercising and tent but doing machigong, some walk walking meditation. Like yeah. So look at the birds and the tree.

Mitchell
So currently your intentional life is some of those things.

Scarlet
Yeah, and trying to oh trying to read a little bit more. I want to read a lot more, but It’s making time for it. And yeah. Watching a new show with you is always exciting when we have something.

Mitchell
Yeah, it’s kinda like so for me when I look and I’m not I just I’m always with my biggest complaint is what?

Scarlet
Wait, what are we talking about?

Mitchell
Oh time. Not enough time. Just not enough time. Because I’ll get up as my day off and I have all these great plans and ideas, but You know, one sometimes life gets in the way. Like like like like yes, like the other day, like, oh, me and b my sixteen year old danger, we’re gonna go Drop this battery into the truck see if it charged up and see if we can start the truck. First thing to do get out there I was like oh where’s the keys it’s locked

Scarlet
Oh.

Mitchell
And I’m like, oh man, and then I was like, oh, and he’s like, Well, they’re sitting on the seat inside of the car. And I’m like, Okay. Uh Like it’s the classic, like really? Like this is how like everything ha some days everything feels like it has to be hard. Now, bless his soul, that sixteen year old I have a lock picking set. He picked the lock and opened the door of that truck. So he’s either got a life in locksmithing or stealing cars. Either way, got the car open to get the keys. Now the keys were left in there by The four year old who was playing with us the other day.

Scarlet
Now if only he could put away his laundry within three to five business days.

Mitchell
The four year old or the the sixteen year old?

Scarlet
The four year old would do it before the sixteen year old.

Mitchell
Let’s see. What if I uh how can I do that? I’ll put his laundry in the truck and lo no, that’s I I gotta figure something out. But um but like so things get in the way and I know people that’s life. Ice but some days it feels like everything gets in the way. So we have a plan. ‘Cause I have Those books I wanna do I’m gonna call it art therapy. But those drawing books. Like uh I just wanna do that and it’s like that thing and if just For creativity, like that’s something that I’m trying to do more of even on little moments. That and reading for sure I already cleared out two books in the last couple days. I do like you know read three to four at a time I like having my stack because then I can decide what I’m feeling in the mood for. And I keep a variety in my thing. But never enough time because today I didn’t I won I like to read for a little bit. I do my 30 to 45 minutes of walking as well. Up a hill. I should have grabbed the ankle weights today, but that what else intentional? I kind of got a bigger picture where I know we’re wrapping up the show, folks. Just hang tight I got a bigger picture year-long plan that I’m working on. Okay. So we’re only in a few months into that, but I’m working on that. That’s kind of my bigger picture to feel better about me and some of my bigger pursuits. So all right. Okay. So hopefully, you know, do you find that uh Them these little things that you’re doing, do they bring you peace and calm or only in the moment? Or are you finding a little more of a lasting effect? Do you think about that?

Scarlet
So far just in the moment.

Mitchell
Okay.

Scarlet
It helps kind of you remember your book, like where there is creativity, anxiety cannot coexist. you know, when I’m finished doing that, then it’s like, okay, well, what do I need to do? I need to do the laundry. Oh my God, what’s going on in the world? It’s so awful here.

Mitchell
Um Yeah, I hear you. Moving along.

Scarlet
Yeah. Thinking about dinner. Thinking about, you know I don’t know. Things I want to get done today because tomorrow I don’t want to do anything but be selfish because it’s my alone day.

Mitchell
Maybe that’s step one. I’m not saying Where you can create inner peace for a moment and then extending that inner peace into to lasting beyond the moment. Which I because sometimes I can do something that makes me in a good mood and then you wake up and you’re like that Uh I mean I mean I’m just saying.

Scarlet
Was that me or Max?

Mitchell
It could be both of you combined because you’re upset with him and then I’m just It was me yesterday, it was him today. Start off so chipper and then you’re like Thanks a lot. But like I was in good mood setting up for the podcast. I was like, yeah, I was just like listening to music. I just was like in a good mood. Good space today. No reason for that either, other than just good space. So I’ll take it. All right I don’t really have a lot more to say.

Scarlet
Okay.

Mitchell
Well I’m just a little stuffed up.

Scarlet
Thanks for being here with me.

Mitchell
Thank you for joining me, lovely wife. I mean, you know, it’s been a wonderful day. It is still it’s still a day, it’s still young.

Scarlet
And I still gotta finish cooking my pho.

Mitchell
Yeah, and I still probably gotta do something for ya. I’ll probably be picking up our son.

Scarlet
No, I wanna pick him up. I have a song for him for him to listen.

Mitchell
Yes he is. Sorry. Here’s okay, sorry. Last little thing, I thought, what if what if he was a prodigy, like, for something? Like a musical instrument. Like suddenly he just like boo unlocks something.

Scarlet
Yeah.

Mitchell
What do you not that he is or I want him to be, but what do you then I was thinking of that I thought, what do people do? Do you sit on that and go, Great Do you go like, oh boy, we can make money touring all the tuck shoes? Like I don’t know. I just interesting mind experiment ’cause I I don’t know if he can play an instrument yet or not.

Scarlet
I’ve no I haven’t seen him really Take to anything.

Mitchell
Because we’re at the music store and he certainly went he was on the drums and doing all sorts of stuff. And then the guy’s like, oh, or the lady’s like, oh, it is he wanna be a musician and I was kinda like I’m ahead. I was like, well I kinda think he might already be a musician in the sense of he can sing a note. He can

Scarlet
And match a pitch.

Mitchell
Match pitch. I was like, he’s already kind of a musician. Let’s not narrow the scope of musician. He can sing. Anyway, so I thought

Scarlet
I don’t know if there’s I know, we gotta like I don’t know, we gotta look at some stuff to get him into. But I don’t want it to turn into soccer shots. That’s my fear, but also I don’t want to hold him back. So we’ll look into it. We’ll get back to you.

Mitchell
Got enough stuff to bump into in this room that hopefully inspires him. So all right.

Scarlet
All right. Until next time.

Mitchell
I’m Scarlet. And I’m Mitchell.

Scarlet
And we’re doing the most. Bye.
