Well, it’s out now.

I think.

First episodes are always the hardest to get published quite frankly. (Second episodes are usually hardest to record, by the way.) It has been a long road to get here, but, I hope the road continues and smooths out. Only time will tell if we stand the test of time. (Thank you Sammy Hagar, for such inspiring words that are really redundant.)

So, what is this episode all about? Introductions, getting it out there, tea, underwear stains, and cats. Lots of cats. Why…. so…. many…. cats….

Introduction to the show. Oh yeah, good stuff.

“It’s podcasting time.

We’re doing it.

Yes, so this is actually first episode. Oh, so welcome, yeah. And then, you know, welcome to, we’re calling it Doing the Most.

I mean, that is the name of the podcast, right?

It is.

The working title. I am Mitchell.

And I’m Scarlet.

So, and it’s probably fair because it’s episode number one to kind of give a, like, you know, hey, what, what are we, what is this all about? Why are we doing the show? What’s the topic?

Why should people even listen? That’s question one, right? So you just told me this morning, oh, I’m just doing this because I thought you really wanted to.

I never thought it would actually happen. So I’m not going to say it hurt feelings, but, you know, it was a little tender for me, but that’s OK.

So well, I’m sorry. Well, I know you and your ADHD. So when we talked about doing this, I never actually thought it would come to fruition.

OK, fair enough. So, oh, and I guess you can imagine.

But here we are.

The listener, whoever you are, it’s probably just going to be me or you…

Hey, Mitchell. Just discovered your new podcast from a random Instagram notification. Great to see you are back in front of the microphone again. I have great memories of your previous podcasts. Looking forward to getting caught up and following you and Scarlet in real time. I see you have posted 18 episodes so it must be going well. I have a few comments about some of your topics but I want to hear more of your discussions before I jump in. You may remember Katey and I as long time listeners of The Mitchcast. Be well, Steve.
